PHASE 1 - DESIGN INTENT

PHASE 2 - SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Articulates an overall design concept and establishes the best program for the proposed project.
PHASE 3 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Addresses technical issues that arise during Schematic Design, such as code compliance, zoning restrictions, program layout, etc.
PHASE 4 - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Enhances the drawing set with more detailed information pertaining to the size, material, and location of all design features.
PHASE 5 - CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Ensures that the design documents are being followed in the field.
