Green Island Multifamily

Project Description

The Green Island neighborhood sits just to the south of Worcester’s famous Kelley Square and Canal District. The goal of this project was to visualize an extensive renovation and addition to an existing mechanic garage. The owner wanted to understand and visualize what a multifamily building would look like at their property. Their future goal is to contribute to the rapidly growing downtown and help provide for the increasing housing demand in the city.
