This 19th-century factory complex, located along the Blackstone River, was one of the lead manufacturers of linen in the area. The building was slated for a mix of residential housing typologies which would repurpose this 1860s granite manufacturing building. Our studio was hired to produce renders of the design to be used as a town approval meeting.
