This multifamily building which is located right in the heart of downtown Newport underwent a major renovation and restoration which made for some of the best apartment rentals overlooking the historic Cardines baseball field. The building consists of a popular ground floor barroom which has a viewing area in center field and three residential apartments, all of which provide views of the baseball diamond. The apartments are finished with high end materials and are furnished with tasteful furniture and appliances. Our studio was hired to help with the historic documentation of the building and help visualize the new layout configurations.
