This Victorian era multifamily was a rehabilitation project by a Boston based developer which provided better housing options for local residents. Our studio was hired to produce renders of specific spaces to market the property to potential tenants before construction was complete. The spaces that were rendered were the kitchen, living room and bedroom and exterior.
