This historic property in Bristol, Rhode Island was built in 1812 and echoes the character of the original buildings that rose up during the founding of the city. Our team worked as design consultants on this project to help restore the historic elements of the building and renovate the interior to help modernize the living spaces for each unit. One of the ground floor units was converted to meet ADA compliance , which required the design of an exterior ramp for accessibility, as well as more open interior space for wheelchair access.
